Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 8, 2026
Cheeseburgers After Midnight, LLC, doing business as CA12 ("CA12", "we", "us"), runs ca12.agency and provides performance marketing services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who receives it. It covers our website, our client services, and Sentinel, the internal platform we use to deliver those services.
1. Information we collect
Website visitors
Contact details you send us through a form or by email: your name, work email, company, phone number, and message.
Usage data our website collects automatically: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and referring page. We collect it through cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads tags, the Meta Pixel, and Klaviyo.
Clients and their team members
Business contact details, billing details, and the messages we exchange with you by email, Slack, and video call.
Sign-in details for the Sentinel client portal: your email address and a password, which we store only in hashed form.
Recordings, transcripts, and notes from meetings with us.
Data from client accounts
When a client authorizes access, we collect data from that client's marketing and commerce accounts:
Advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, Walmart Connect): spend, campaign settings, ad creative, performance metrics, and billing status.
Shopify: order and revenue data.
Klaviyo: email and SMS campaign metrics, lists, and segments.
Google Analytics 4: website traffic and conversion data.
Conversion tracking: events from the client's website, which can include hashed identifiers such as an email address or phone number. Our server-side tracking service, Capifix, sends these events to the ad platforms the client uses.
Lead form submissions and subscriber lists that a client asks us to manage.
Some of this data contains personal information about a client's customers. We process that information on the client's behalf and follow the client's instructions. The client's own privacy policy explains how the client uses it.
2. How we use information
We respond to inquiries and prepare proposals.
We plan, run, monitor, and report on client advertising and email campaigns.
We alert our team to problems such as stopped ad delivery, payment errors, and unusual spend.
We produce performance reports and account diagnostics.
We track the tasks and commitments we owe each client.
We run the client portal, secure accounts, bill clients, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We use each client's data only to serve that client.
3. Sentinel and our use of AI
Sentinel is CA12's internal platform. Our team uses it to monitor ad accounts, build reports, diagnose account performance, track commitments, and run the client portal. Clients sign in only to the portal, and each portal user sees only their own company's data.
Sentinel connects to the platforms listed in section 1 and to the tools our team works in: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Sheets, Slack, and ClickUp. Sentinel stores the data it retrieves in our database.
Sentinel sends data to Anthropic's Claude models for three purposes. The models draft performance reports. They write account diagnostics. They extract tasks and commitments from our team's emails, Slack messages, and meeting transcripts. A CA12 team member reviews each AI-drafted report before we send it. Anthropic's commercial terms prohibit Anthropic from training its models on the content we send. We do not use client data to train AI models.
4. Google user data
Sentinel requests access to Google accounts for the purposes in this table.

Storage. We store this data and the related access tokens in Sentinel's database. Only authorized CA12 team members can access it.
Sharing. We send this data to our hosting provider and to Anthropic only when a feature in the table requires it. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer it to data brokers or use it to target advertising. We do not use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Deletion. You can revoke Sentinel's access at any time in your Google Account permissions. Email cam@ca12.agency and we will delete the Google user data we hold for you.
Sentinel uses and transfers information it receives from Google APIs in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
5. Who receives information
Service providers that host our systems and support our work: cloud hosting and database providers, Anthropic, Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and our e-signature, invoicing, and accounting tools.
The platforms a client directs us to work in, such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Walmart Connect, Shopify, and Klaviyo.
Contractors who help us deliver our services.
Authorities and other parties when the law requires it or when we need to protect our rights.
A buyer or successor if CA12 sells or merges its business.
6. Security
Sentinel requires every user to sign in. It stores passwords in hashed form, locks an account for 15 minutes after 5 failed sign-in attempts, limits request rates, and restricts each portal user to their own company's data. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee that a breach will never occur.
7. Retention
We keep client data for the length of the engagement and for 12 months after it ends. We delete it sooner if the client asks, and we keep it longer if the law requires. We keep website inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain our business records.
8. Your choices and rights
A client can revoke our access to any connected account at any time in that platform's settings.
Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to some uses. Email cam@ca12.agency to make a request. We respond within the time the law sets.
If your request concerns information that one of our clients collected, we will refer it to that client.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails through the link in any email.
9. International processing
We and our service providers process information in the United States and in other countries where our team and providers operate. Your information may leave the country where you live.
10. Children
Our website and services serve businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post any update on this page and change the effective date. If we change how Sentinel uses Google user data, we will notify affected users and ask for their consent before the change takes effect.
